- Asymentrical facade has a grouping of two windows to the left on the second floor and a grouping of two windows to the right on the first floor
- 2/2 sash throughout
- Side wing appears to be a shed attached with a brick end chimney and concrete block foundation
- Interior brick chimney
- Veranda runs along the front and west side of building and has a hipped roof supported by square columns
- Foundation is not visible from public access
Importance:This structure was a barn which had gone with the earlier structure at 19 Martin Road and was converted to a house in 1910 All of the buildings at the intersection of Martin and Porter roads are part of the same farm of 245 acres. This includes site numbers 125 and 126.
