- Brick exposed end chimney on main house and interior chimney on rear wing
- Screened in porch with small columns on south side is twentieth century
Notes:"... home is a beautiful early Victorian, with attached and extended buildings. The recessed entrance is accentuated by over-the-door and side lights, and the ell is the older part of the dwelling. Extensive gardens and plantings greatly enhance the surroundings."
