- 6/6 sash and large picture window in gabled section, leaded diamond shaped casements and 6/6 sash in gambrel section
- Cornice returns and a doorway with an entablature on the gabled section
Importance:Owner says that there was a schoolhouse on a rear ell which burned. The front setion was partially or totally a mill building on the first floor. The second floor and possibly a portion of the first is new. The side wing gambrel roofed section is still under construction (1978). This building does not conform to any style and is therefore impossible to pinpoint a date of construction without examining its structure
