House for the complex west of route 85; it may have had an earlier use. Scattered stones 250' east of route 85 along the stream suggest the possible location of the silk mill. On the west side of route 85, at Deepwood Drive, is a gambrel roofed barn which was the company store. It still has its belfrey. Beyond this is a distillery started by a man named Semel. Below this is a two story concrete building with barred windows. This may have been a bonded warehouse for the distillery. Next to this building is a brick factory built in the first quarter of the 20th Century. It is one-story with a shallow pitched gable roof and segmental arched windows.
