- Left side of main facade has been extended with a shed roof and a large gabled dormer with imbricated shingles
- Fieldstone foundation
- Veranda covers two-thirds of the front and South side, has a shed roof and is supported by Tuscan columns. Well behind the porch has horizontal boarding.
- Doorway has pilasters supporting an entablature.
Importance:To build the house, it is said, lumber was purchased from Indians for 14 quarts of rum.
Authenticity Much remodeled. New leanto with big dormer on front. Piazzas all around.
