- Gable end to street, Asymetrical facade, 2/2 sash throughout, Imbricated shingles with a number of patterns in the gable end, Enclosed rafter ends, Small intereior chimney, Foundation of main house is not visible from public access> Foundation of middle section is brick and stone, Veranda has turned posts and curvilinear brackets supporting a hipped roof, Bay window on west side of house, Hood moldings over windo in main portion of house and also over windows in first story addition
- Using architecture inventory, present owner changed Veranda from ?turned posts and curvilinear brackets? to 4 X 4 pressure treated wood, leave supporting a hipped roof, and add ?& Trex decking?
Importance:This house replaced one that had stood on the site; some material from the old was used in the new.
