- In the 1970's or 80's, 16' was added to the North side and a basement was dug under that section. The roof line was extended at the front of the house, adding width and dimension on the North end and creating a front porch
- In 2003, a 2 car garage and connecting hallway-passage into the house from the garage, making patio space was added by David Braman of Gilead
Importance:Original house was built in the 1940's. It was 20'x20' and built as a dwelling for a hired man on the farm. The house was 1 and 1/2 stories high as it is now. There was no basement - too much ledge rock.
