- The tympanum has flush boarding and a Victorian Palladian window with the same arched pilasters
- Ashlar foundation
Importance:Thompson Strickland, owner of nearby gristmill and brother of Mrs. Seth Dickinson of 1166 Gilead Street, wanted "a house similar to hers only bigger and better." This house contains 14 rooms, has 2 sets of pocket doors, and very elaborate molding, particularly on the first floor.
