Notable Architectural Features:
- Pedimented gable end to street
- Matching ells on the north and south sides
- Recessed veranda wraps around the front, north and south sides and a portion of the wings
- Wall in recessed section is flush horizontal boarding
- Columns are square
- Pilasters in the corners behind the columns and above the columns on the second floor
- The tympanum of the main pediment and those on the ells have triangular windows radiating in a sunburst pattern and clapboards applied on a diagonal capped with an elaborate keystone
- 6/6 sash, old blinds recently added
- Ashlar foundation
- Rear gabled wing followed by shed addition and second gable wing
- Asphalt shingles replaced with green metal roof
Notes:"...gracious early Victorian home, with ells, has many distinguishing features about it, one of the more noteworthy being the use of pilasters across the face, and the inset porch, which is an architectural part of the house. The very unusual treatment of clapboards surrounding the especially designed triangular window in the attic also adds dignity to the house."
